Ralph F. Larranaga, III - Founder/Owner. A third generation Santa Fean of Spanish heritage, Ralph attributes his work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit to his grandfather, Ralph, and father, Ralph Jr. Ralph Jr. has been in the construction field in Santa Fe for more than 30 years. Like father, like son. Ralph III recently broke from his father’s construction apron strings to form his own company but it doesn’t take a genius to notice the company’s name is "Double R" - a tribute to his father, his mentor and an all-around nice guy.
Rebecca Roybal - Executive Assistant. Rebecca was also born and raised in Santa Fe. She spent 14 years in the banking and title business prior to joining Double R in 2007. Rebecca works directly with Ralph in overseeing all projects from conception through to completion. She is a stickler for details, an excellent record keeper and her Spanish comes in quite handy on job sites. She is a valuable member of the Double R team.
Sean Kaltenbach - Project Superintendent. Sean is yet another native New Mexican, hailing from Las Cruces. And, like Ralph, is the son of a home builder. He also is a commercial diver and did off shore construction work off the coast of California for several years. He ultimately settled in Las Vegas, NV where he was a title officer for several national underwriting firms. He fell in love, married and just recently moved his wife and two daughters back home. Sean oversees all aspects of Double R and it his ultimate responsibility to assure that each project stays on schedule and on budget.
